At Prairie Star Care Farm, we deliver intentional, high-impact nature-based services designed to foster healing, connection, and wellbeing. To preserve a quiet, restorative sanctuary and maintain the highest quality of care, Prairie Star Care Farm is not open to the general public.

 

Instead, we deliver our programming exclusively through structured partner contracts with human service agencies, healthcare organizations, and community programs.

 

Service Model Overview

• Contracted Partnerships

  All services are delivered through formal agency contracts custom-designed around specific therapeutic goals, operational parameters, and established service fees.

   

• Seasonal Programming

  Our core programming operates three days per week during our summer season, running from May through September.

   

• Insurance & Coverage

  All program participants must hold their own individual insurance or be covered directly through the hosting agency.

   

• Intentional Capacity

  To ensure focused care and a peaceful environment on the farm, we operate with limited, deliberate capacity each season. Space for new agency partnerships is intentionally selective.
