  • We are thrilled to partner with TigerLion Arts, who will weave unique storytelling and performance throughout the afternoon, connecting the spirit of the farm with your imagination.

• The Chef’s Vision:

  • Led by the legendary Chef Lenny Russo (The Heartland Restaurant), our menu honors the true rhythm of the season. Because everything is local, the final menu remains an exclusive surprise—uniquely crafted from whatever our gardens yield that very week.

• The Seated Harvest Meal:

  • Gather together for a beautiful, two-course seated dinner featuring your choice of local grilled lamb or a signature vegetarian centerpiece crafted by Chef Russo. Your meal will be perfectly complemented by local craft beer and a selection of red and white wines.

• The Finale:

  • Conclude the afternoon at the Hemslöjd building with a sweet treat.
